Eldritch horror take on werewolf, concept art.

I wanted to try a different, Lovecraftian, approach to the classic werewolf design. Something like it is out of Bloodborne setting.

 I had a very clear idea from the beginning but I started with a lot of ideation sketches to find the exact proportions I was looking for. Then it was figuring out its anatomy/transformation phases and seeing how much more twisted I could make it from there.
