A werewolf knight-in-training with a divine oath gets lost when God stops answering his prayers. In a mental struggle to not lose meaning of life, he refuses to hear reason.

Akila is a shaman,The eldritch influence in Shamans manifests itself through shape-shifting. This shool of magic allows one to  transmute their flesh into a primordial mass and bending, sculpting and reshaping it.

The Khvans bloodline had been cursed by Ur'ursa for their ancestors crimes against her priestesses. The curse afflicts them with a monthly savagery, turning into a beastly form with a devious hunger outside of their control.

Akila finds comfort in Celesteh, when he prays and meditates Divination keeps the devious hunger away. For this he feels very connected to his faith.

He was the firstborn son of Asena Khatun in the North where their nomadic tribe lived, but was forcibly taken from his family at 5 years old by the Church under the Blood Tax policy. Since then he was trained under the Path of Enlightenment.

Akila on the outside is very kind and pure. He loves helping people, being an inspiration and idol. He has a naive and optimistic nature where he sees things as black and white.
